List employees as mentors, sponsor a school talk, or fund a term of talks outright. It's a direct, low-effort way to meet your CSR goals — and it's felt by an actual student, not just a report.
What this looks like
None of it needs a budget line to begin. The usual first step is four or five staff who are willing.
Employees who opt in appear under their industry, available for questions or a school visit. No obligation past what each of them agrees to, and their contact details stay private.
The honorarium for a mentor's time and travel, typically €50 to €150, so a school can bring somebody in without finding the money themselves.
Annual sponsorship of €2,000 to €10,000 pays for the coordination that keeps the directory free to every DEIS school. You are credited as a partner. That is the whole arrangement.
